The Decision on the Amendment of the Pricing Decision of Medicinal Products for Human Use (“Decision”) has been published in the Official Gazette dated 14.03.2022. Increases and changes implemented by the Decision are explained below.
New provisions have been introduced regarding the pricing rules that will be applied to medicines of which source or reference product cannot be determined.
Warehouse and pharmacist profit rates to be applied for the determination of retail sale prices of the products have been re-determined and different thresholds have been determined for the warehouses and pharmacists:
It has been amended that an increase of up to 4 TRY will be provided for the products with Current Sales Price to the Warehouse 37.10 TRY and below without exceeding 37.10 TRY and for the products between 37.11 TRY (including) and 55.89 TRY without exceeding 55.89 TRY.
