SCALES OF PUBLIC INSTITUTION DISCOUNTS APPLIED TO PHARMACEUTICALS HAVE BEEN CHANGED (21.12.2023)

As we shared previously, The Decision on the Amendment of the Decision on Pricing of Medicinal Products for Human Use (“Amending Decision”) has been published in the Official Gazette dated 16.12.2023 and entered into force as of 25.12.2023. In parallel with the Amending Decision, it has been declared by the announcement published on the Social Security Institution’s (“SSI”) website on 21.12.2023 that scales of the public institution discounts applied to pharmaceuticals which are determined for the prices of sales to warehouses have been changed.

Adopted changes have been entered into force as of 25.12.2023 and previous and new scales regarding the prices of sales to warehouses (PSW) are provided in the table below:
