Osman Tuna Kısaoğlu Delivered a Presentation at " The Centenary Symposium on the Transition from the Ottoman Civil Code to the Turkish Civil Code”.

On February 14, 2026, our colleague Osman Tuna Kısaoğlu delivered a presentation titled “The Consequences of Waiving the Obligation to Provide Biological Material under the Turkish Civil Code and Its Bioethical Dimension” at the “Centenary Symposium on the Transition from the Ottoman Civil Code to the Turkish Civil Code,” hosted by the Ankara Bar Association Law Monitoring Institute.

We are pleased to have contributed to this distinguished event, where the century-long development of our Civil Code was discussed, with a topic at the intersection of bioethics and law.
