The Decision on the Amendment of the Pricing Decision of Medicinal Products for Human Use (“Decision”) has been published in the Official Gazette dated 12 October 2022 and entered into force. It is seen that the Decision amends the thresholds and rates applied to the determination of profits of the pharmacists.
The latest amendment regarding the subject was made by the Decision dated 8 July 2022.
Accordingly, the below tables compare the newly amended pharmacist profit thresholds and rates are compared with the previously applied thresholds and profits:
On the other hand, profit thresholds and rates of the pharmaceutical warehouses have not been changed. For the determination of the profits of the pharmaceutical warehouses, below thresholds and rates determined by the Decision dated 8 July 2022 will be continued to be used:
