The Decision on the Amendment of the Decision on Pricing of Medicinal Products for Human Use (19.12.2025)

The Decision on the Amendment of the Decision on Pricing of Medicinal Products for Human Use (“Amending Decision”) has been published in the Official Gazette dated 19 December 2025. The Amendment Decision shall enter into force one day after its publication date.

The new provisions implemented by the Amending Decision are as follows:

• Warehouse and pharmacist profit rates to be applied for the determination of retail sale prices of the products and price thresholds have been re-determined as follows:

• The value of 1 Euro in Turkish Lira (“TRY”) to be used in the pricing of medicinal products for human use increased by 16.9% in December 2022 to 25,33 TRY.

  
  

• In line with the increase in the euro value, the scale value has reached 87,34 Try for price-protected products and 45,64 TRY for other products.

  
  

• The value of 1 Euro in Turkish Lira used in the pricing of medicinal products for human use will continue to apply in 2026, and no further Euro valuation will be made until it is re-determined in February 2026.
