SEMINAR: “COMPETITION LAW DEBATES IN THE PHARMA INDUSTRY IN THE LIGHT OF THE LATEST DECISIONS"

Tomorrow (14 April 2022), our founder Nuri Melih İnce will make a presentation titled “Competition Law Debates in the Pharma Industry in the Light of the Latest Decisions” at the Istanbul Bilgi University Applied Competition Law Seminars, held for the 17th time this year. In the presentation, competition parameters and competition law practices in the pharmaceutical sector will be analyzed as well as the new benchmarks and standards of proof provided in the latest decisions of the Turkish Competition Board, the European Commission and the European Court of Justice.
